Thoracic Outlet test   An orthopedic test in which the individual extends and abducts the arm while depressing the scapula and turning the head in the opposite direction. Adson's test is another vascular specific test where the examining doctor palpates the pulse in the wrist while the patient is in this position. Throb   A dull pulsating pain.

Tightness in muscle   A constriction or decrease in muscle length which leads to a decreased ability to lengthen (or stretch) a muscle. Trigger finger   Caused by the thickening of tendon sheath around the finger joint which pinches the tendon and prevents it from gliding smoothly. May also be due to a nodule forming on a tendon preventing it from sliding through the sheath.
