Weakness
Wrist Flexor test

Weakness, whiplash, wrist flexor...

Weakness   Lacking physical strength. Overworking a weak muscle can cause muscle strains. See 'What is RSI' for more.

Whiplash   A trauma to the soft tissue around the head and neck caused by an abrupt jerking motion in one direction and a rebound in the opposite direction. The consequences of whiplash range from mild pain for a few days, to severe disability from restricted head movement and persistent pain.

Wrist Flexor test (Desk Doctor)   A test used to assess the tension of muscles which flex the wrist and fingers. By detecting tension in these muscles Desk Doctor can create an exercise plan to address the specific issues. Click here to read more about how Desk Doctor works.
